I am a senior economist at the research department of Banco de México. I hold a Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental, and Regional Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cagliari. My research interests span from production economics, with a special emphasis on social responsibility and sustainability, productivity and efficiency, to empirical IO, trade, and applied econometrics.
